"You need sharp eyesight to see the hotel as it's right on the roundabout. It was perfectly placed for where we needed to be the next day. Parking was not a problem. The room was an odd shape and in need of new carpet. The doors are fire doors and they really did Bang shut every time someone came in our out of the coach house. "My 5th time staying at Trading Boundaries. Always clean and the room has everything you could need. Grounds are lovely, especially nice to sit outside in the sun! Delicious continental breakfast and coffee in the morning. I’ll be back again soon!"

"Reception was excellent. Grounds/estate amazing, miles of walking and an historic church with a 900 or so old Yew. It is worth reading the history of the place, layers and layers of it. They take beautiful care of the property. I had a beautiful room with a beautiful view right out my doors and a little patio. "Situated in a lovely area of the Sussex Downs this small country pub provided ideal accommodation for our visit to Glyndbourne. Clean, simple but well appointed accommodation, with a good breakfast provided in the morning. Long Man Best Ale in cask available at the bar, which was a treat."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chestnut Tree. Lisa, the host was the main reason, she is a great communicator which is important when booking. She was so very helpful with local information and incredibly kind. Our room was beautiful and the amenities in the bathroom delightful. The area is beautiful but with only one night, we didn’t get the change to do much exploring. Next time. Thank you Lisa for a wonderful stay."

"The bed was really uncomfortable, which was a surprise for a PI, as they pride themselves on the bed comfort. The bar was open late which was great. The parking is small, only 17 spots and you pay for this daily. "

"Stayed one night as going to a wedding locally the next day. On arrival realised that my Mum’s room was a long walk away, she has some mobility issues. Room was changed straight away to something much closer to everything. Staff at reception, in bar, restaurant & at breakfast all friendly & helpful. Evening meal & breakfast great & good value.
