I was able to check in prior to the normal check in time and have a nice rest that afternoon. I was so grateful for that kind accommodation. I have some food, allergies and they were able to work within those restrictions, and provide delicious fresh flavorful meals. "Pet friendly , lovely enclosed large garden my dog was allowed to use , breakfast served in old pub area really historic & friendly helpful owners . Stayed in hikers number 1 , very clean & modern & everything provided with view of garden , easy to find & local pubs if needed . Hope to return . "

"Fast check in, clean room, friendly and helpful staff. It's not the fanciest hotel in the world, but it isn't claiming to be. Good range of tea/coffee in the room, comfy bed, and easy to use air conditioning in the room. Walking distance to a small town centre with lots of food options, and literally next door to a petrol station if you just wanted a snack. Would definitely stay again."
