"I come to NYC often, but when I bring my daughter, this is the hotel I like to stay at most. The staff by far are the best part about this hotel. "Enjoyed everything about this hotel. A friend & I were in NYC to see an opera & shared a room together. There was plenty of space for us to move around without being in each other’s way. The closet was too small for both of us to hang our clothes, that can easily be remedied. The staff was wonderful, bartenders were so nice & friendly & the hotel allowed me to take home two pillow cases with guitars on them, I was happy about that. Overall great experience. "
