"We stayed at this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately it fell well below our expectations. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It was extremely hot, making it very difficult to sleep. When we raised this with reception, we were simply told to open the window, which only resulted in bugs coming into the room. "Food was amazing, communal areas were perfect and plenty of amenities. All staff are very pleasant and really helpful. The only issue I had was with the room initially - tiny bugs were in the kitchen area (I don’t think anyone had stayed in the room for a while). Maybe common in these locations - I’m not sure. However, it was clean overall and bug spray I got at a local shop sorted this out."

"Fantastic resort due to having 4 pools and direct beach access to 3 swimming lagoons with white sand beach , good food choices , now 20 years old tho. Mini golf course was nearly unplayable due to leaves and stones . Having 4 pools is brilliant , love the large saltwater one. Wok and Zen menu is too limited . Plenty of things too do. Just needs a refurb to bring it back to true 5 star status ."

"Fantastic hotel at the edge of the resort. The staff were friendly and the food and drink excellent lots of choice and something to suit everyone. Our room was spacious the beds very comfortable and plenty of room for the three of us. Animation team were great over over powering but suited all ages. Enjoyed the location with a shopping centre next door an a lovely walk into the centre of the resort along the coastal path takes around 15 minutes. Close to the airport taxi just 15 euros. Will...

"La estancia ha sido perfecta, lo único que se podria mejorar es la comida. El buffet era muy justo, con poca variedad de comida y muy repetitiva. Por otra parte, al ir en media pensión se tenia que pagar la bebida, cosa lógica, pero no se incluia ni el agua del grifo. Todo un sinsentido, ya que por todo el hotel habia maquinas de agua refrigerada gratis, pero en el buffet no podias usarla.
