Lovely hotel with great rooms and nice breakfasts. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a great beach just outside with cheap umbrella and sunbed hire too. We had a very relaxing stay.

Excellent service and good restaurants aloow guests to stay inside the hotel or nearby if they want to. Good location, sufficiently quiet but with enough shops and bars in the area. My main problem was with the noise from surrounding rooms, which affected sleep and rest, due to insufficient sound insulation, combined with the fact that the hotel caters to family with young children.

**Sheraton Fuerteventura: A Relaxing February Getaway** My mid-February stay at the Sheraton Fuerteventura was fantastic. The hotel boasts great amenities, including a top-notch spa, a spacious pool, and generously sized, clean rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the property itself is beautiful and well-kept. The location is ideal, situated near a shopping mall and stunning beaches perfect for swimming and soaking up the sun. Food options were plentiful, and while not gourmet, everything was above average in quality. The only minor downside of the location is the surrounding area – it's mostly desert, limiting options for exploration outside the resort. However, if you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation with all the comforts on-site, this is a superb choice. I would definitely return to the Sheraton Fuerteventura!

I didn't get the room that I booked which was annoying. The staff were lovely but ineffective dealing with problems. Had to wait for pool towels all the time. Breakfast area awful and a shambles. The pools were freezing, even the heated one. There were plenty of beds though and the pool are is lovely as are the rooms.

If you are deliberating whether to stay in this fantastic hotel, do not. It is exceptional, in every respect. From warm, empathetic and genuine staff, a fabulous breakfast, beautiful pools, immaculate gardens to the peaceful location, this hotel is unique. Whilst enjoying the sunshine, we lost count of the number of guests who were returning year-on-year. It was one of the best holidays we have had, so we will definitely be returning next year.

It's 2025 and the property doesn't have working WiFi and needs a revamp as it's looks very old and dated. Everyday our room card was deactivated and had the inconvenience of going down to reception to get it activated and was told that close contact with mobile phones can deactivate it. One card was always in the room so unsure how a mobile phone could deactivate it... on a positive note the maids were always lovely and pleasant
