"This place is magical. It’s very basic so if you’re looking for fancy, it’s not it. But - the views !! We saw dolphins, eagle spotted manta Rey’s, devil manta rays jumping in the ocean. We saw all kinds of fish including angel fish just snorkeling right on that beach. The staff are amazing, the room is comfortable, the food is good. The view though - for the amount you pay, it’s a steal ! We will be back. "

"From start to finish the staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Hosts were also amazing and were on top of everything, requests were handled with a quick response. Suite was well equipped, tastefully decorated and clean, balcony was a bonus. The neighborhood is just outside the tourist zone but very walkable to everything in Zona Romantica. Be kind to the stray cats and dogs, feed them if you can, they are part of the charm. "

"We had an amazing stay at Costa Sur! The views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are nice and the air conditioning works great which is super important in Puerto Vallarta. There are deals at the bar area for those who like alcoholic beverages. The restaurant is by order only no buffet. The kitchenette area is small but everything worked well. I do recommend taking swim shoes for the beach area there are a ton of small rocks. It’s not possible to play in the beach area...
