"Amazing all around. Really nice staff, hospitality was 10/10. It was clean everywhere: pools, beach, gym, elevators, stairwells, just everything was SPOTLESS. That’s a very big deal for me. Breakfast was good. My only complaint is the food at the restaurants wasn’t outstanding for the price, especially compared to what’s available outside the resort. I spent $60 on lunch at El Mirador and all I got was a ceviche, one glass of wine, some bread and water. The ceviche was nothing to write home...

"We couldn’t get over how clean everything was here. They spend a lot of time keeping everything very clean. My husband and I stayed and here and paid a little extra for the room with the private swim up pool. I would absolutely recommend that option for those traveling without kids."

At times they felt a bit crowded but most of the time were good in June. I imagine that July and August they would be crowder. "Hotel a little run down. Clean. Staff helpful when we needed them. Parking very difficult. Elevator worked well. Plumbing very noisy in the walls. Local gathering outdoor area across the street which can be noisy at times. Walking distance to a beautiful beach. "
