"I was so tired I just wanted to rest. I would have appreciated it if they had asked me if the noise bothered me or not! A train was passing by constantly; it was as if the blessed train was inside the room. I asked them to park my car, but they wouldn't accept my credit card. They made me scan a system that didn't work day or night! Now I'm having nightmares about that train. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, not in this life, not in the next."

"Great hotel! Good location not far from Spectrum Arena. Rooms are clean with great views of the city. Valet parking makes it easy to access your vehicle. Staff is so nice and helpful. Gave great recommendations to eateries including Midnight Diner which is right across from Spectrum. The food was delicious! Highly recommended this hotel! "

"Great location for lodging if you're going to an event at the Spectrum Center. Walking distance to Spectrum Center is literally 1 minute. "

"The pool that was indoors would’ve been perfect if it was heated, but without that in a spot, it was just too cold so it was pretty disappointing. There was a lot of easy access to rooms with a lot of junk or supplies around the pool too, and it was hard to get to sometimes from the first floor if you wanted to go just to the second floor and not hold up an elevator. A few things in my room 17 61 were broken or had fallen off the wall, like the body wash."

"One suite bedroom was perfect for our family of 3. The valet system is convenient. There is a separate room that includes the kitchen, dining table with 4 chairs and a couch with a tv in addition to the bedroom with a tv. The normal size fridge was appreciated for leftovers or for those who need to make meals if you have picky eaters. It’s close enough to the Bank of America Stadium that you could walk. Also close to the Spectrum Center. We were there to visit both. Its also close to the airport so we didn't have to get up extra early. I would definitely stay at this hotel again for the location, price and friendly staff! Things to consider: If you are there on a weekend you might hear folks arriving and leaving as there is a huge parking lot across the street where people were parking for a bar/club. Theres a lot of race cars (sounds of race car vehicles) in Charlotte. Must be because of Nascar! Lol It didnt bother us. It was cool watching the cars at 1am. "

"Everything was wonderful except for one hiccup. Did not get validation at check in and was late for makeup appointment had to wait10 minutes for someone to come down and help in garage and paid $18 she was kind it took it from my parking payment"
