"Staff member at the front desk greeted me with the biggest smile and hello. Very personable, pleasant and provided information about the property without me having to ask any questions. Upon leaving the property I had a minor issue with my exit card, and of course she rectified the issue immediately. As I drove out of the garage, she was standing there waving goodbye and making sure I was ok. OMG! Incredible customer service!!!!! Thank you soooooooo much Alicia! 🤗🙂💐"

"If you're not familiar with the property and the maze of one-way streets in Charlotte it's a real bear to get into the place, especially after driving for 4 hours in the rain at night. The staff was very pleasant and the room was spacious and clean. The bed very comfortable although it was very difficult finding extra pillows. "The breakfast was fair. The muffins were "tough", the chicken sauage was a hockey puck and the bananas were disgusting. Looked ok on the outside but the inside was always brown and mushy. One waffle iron was broken so waffle lines were super busy and long. You maybe need some better options. The breakfast staff were all nice and pleasant. "

"The hotel staff was very helpful in allowing me to check in early due to my flight landing earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated. The other reviews speaking about the train being loud, i truly didn’t experience this. "Maintenence cleaned drain at rooftop restaurant and it let out a gas like odor and we got headaches, closed throats, coughs so that was irresponsible. The cleaning wasn't up to par but the hotel was nice, excellent staff, very pleasant. "

"My stay was amazing. The staff were attentive and helpful for all of my needs. My sleep quality was great because the floor I have given was extremely quiet. Breakfast was the best part. Such a large variety amount of breakfast food. I will most definitely stay here in for my next trip to Charlotte"
