"It’s a nice clean hotel. The problem is they don’t have enough housekeeping staff or they have a very hard time managing them. There’s basically no housekeeping. I asked the room to be cleaned 4 times and nothing. Ended up complaining to expedia and got some credit but if you want housekeeping stay away. They don’t really know what they’re doing down there."

"The Inn is in excellent shape and the help is so friendly and polite. The music exquisit and morning breakfast is all you need. Location is great and the room close to the coffee. Excellent Inn on Cayuga Lake. Not to mention the Falls were spectacular Art and Carol Anastasio"

"The view of the lake is wonderful. The so-called breakfast was some individually wrapped pastries and just one coffee choice (no decaf) and juice boxes for the kids, essentially not a breakfast at all. The room itself is old, very few outlets and no dedicated charger plugs. No clock. No good places to hang one's towel to dry. Bed was fine. If you want a place to stay and do not care about amenities or breakfast, the room is worth the view of the lake."

"The property was with walking distance to much Watkins Glen has to offer. The room was as expected and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept on in a hotel/motel. The hotel was not very sound proof but I just pulled up some white noise on my phone to drown it out and slept well"

"Plum Point Lodge is located on a nice, quiet stretch of Lake Seneca. The property was very well-maintained, and the rooms were comfortable. The seating area on the dock was fantastic. It was such a relaxing stay, and we will definitely be back again!"

The restaurant was wonderful. They served 3 meals a day. We had breakfast and a dinner, and both were delicious.!!!!! The view from the property was fantastic. "The historic inn was nicely renovated and well maintained with a lot of character. We were on the second floor and our room was spacious with what felt like a new mattress. The inn was clean and quiet. Very nice toiletries were provided. Breakfast was made to order and delicious--how special is that! A note said many of the staff were students and they were very polit and friendly. The attached pub had good food and beer and so convenient for dinner on our arrival evening. "The unit we stayed in was charming with a kitchenette and a lovely spacious bathroom and a cute back patio. Easy access to the Finger Lakes Region. I would say the only downside was no free ice on site. You can VENMO your ice purchase, which is fine, if you have VENMO. We don’t."
