"The cabin was set in the rainforest a very peaceful setting no mobile service from the cabin but available at reception. Champagne and chocolates was a lovely surprise and breakfast provisions a plenty. Had a beautiful lunch at the Eco resort next door. We enjoyed the cosy fireplace and very comfortable bed, spa bath just a home away from home for a couple of relaxing days. "

"I had a mixed stay. The good? The staff are lovely overall. The property & gardens are beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. The bad? Unfortunately my room wasn't ready at check in time, which I usually wouldn't be upset about apart from having paid a high rater due to it being holiday season. Skeleton staff was to blame (due to the holiday season) but in my opinion if you're not able to accommodate guests don't charge them top dollar, OR limit the number of rooms on offer, OR at least call...

"Good parking. Mouldy bathroom was disgusting - I didn’t want to stand on the tiles in the shower. no remote for the TV, air conditioner kept turning on and off all night. Very poor cleaning and made me feel uncomfortable staying in that standard. Very limited sleep with disruptive guests."
