"Rooms clean pool and hot tub excellent patio furniture could have been replaced most of it was in rough condition. Overall stay was great!"

"The room was clean, but the fridge was turned off. Only 1 set of towels. In the pictures the location gives a much better impression than the property actually is. Was at a good location for our travel needs. Been renovated, but clearly a place that's been for many years with updates. Bed was fine. Gave a feeling of the old west- which it is a small western town. Nothing fancy, but if all you need is a place to sleep for the night, worked fine."

"This resort is a great location if you want to get out of busy Sedona. We wanted to go to Jerome, Clarkdale, Cottonwood, and Sedona, and was easy to get to all of them from there. Also, the location is very peaceful. The room itself was quiet, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the office gave any extra supplies as needed, such as garbage bags, dishwasher pods, towels, etc. The grounds and pool/hot tubs were well maintained. "Amazing place!!! Extremely clean rooms and property. Hosts could not have been more friendly. Avoid the high prices of Sedona and stay at this property a quick 20 minutes outside of Sedona. Perfect spot if what you need is a place to sleep at night. Would definitely come back without hesitation. "
