"Spent one night, staff friendly, room clean and quiet. Cute koi pond. Read negative hotel review about fire alarm going off and since it was from 2 months ago just thought it was a random bad night. Nope, before 10pm fire alarm went off and while we were downstairs evacuated we had conversations with other guests that this happens nightly. "We stayed in suite 8. It was great. But would like to bring to your attention the electrical outlet under the window. We plugged our phone charger in and the cord was so hot it could hardly be touched. Tryed another outlet to see if it was the charger or the outlet. The charger was fine in the other outlet. The evening brought strange snaps or some sound from that outlet. Thought you should know, so you can get it checked for safety. It made me feel uneasy. Thank you. "
