"I wish the cut off for the check in was more clear. I tried calling twice on my trip in to ensure that there was 24 hour check in, eventhough I've never stayed somewhere that didnt have that available. The calls were not answered. When I arrived I realized that the desk was indeed closed and it left me stranded in the middle of the night trying to find somewhere else to stay. When I googled it, it said there was 24 hour check in and I went off of this information since no one was answering when...

"Not a lot to like. Ordered a delivery to room from Pizza Mart Kent after picking up brochure from hotel check in counter which was pointed out to us when we asked where we could get food. I think it's disgusting that the hotel recommends such a dishonest company, either that or reception knew it had arrived and lied to...

"The staff is inconsistent. The front desk gives one set of hours for the restaurant, and the restaurant does not communicate back that the hours have changed. The wifi is non-existent so if you need to work from this location, make sure to bring your own hotspot. There is an indoor pool that leaves the hotel smelling strongly of chlorine. I gave the place a second chance because I thought that maybe on my first visit I hit a rough day. On my second visit, months later, the visit was the...
