"Busy casino nice room. Plenty of restaurants. Pool had a bar a nice setting over looking the river. Room had a balcony would have liked to have had some sort of chairs even though we’re up 25 stories. Probably some sort of safety thing. All in all we enjoyed our time in the area."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with cleanliness. Upon arriving in our first room, there were visible crumbs on the floor from previous guests and hair in the bed, which immediately raised concerns. To their credit, the staff did move us to a different room fairly quickly. However, the second room was not much better. The sheets had noticeable orange makeup stains, and there were even ketchup stains on the wall. At that point, it was clear that cleanliness standards were not being properly maintained. The WiFi didn’t work for two of the four nights we stayed. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its great location, which is very convenient. However, that alone does not make up for the lack of basic hygiene and attention to detail in the rooms. Overall, I would not recommend staying here if cleanliness is important to you, as I did not feel comfortable or confident in the condition of either room we were given."

"Excellent breakfas"

"My only complaint is the parking... I get the valet parking. However, you have the structure identified as self parking but the 1st 2-3 levels is marked off for valet and then the other is for the private gambling club so I have to park in the opposite part of the parking structure. I pay for my room and resort fees like everybody else I should not have parking issues the way I did this last week..."

"Overall a great place. My only issue was that they charged us for 3 nights of valet @82.00, but we only had a car there for one night. "

"Positives: The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. Negatives: Unfortunately, my experience had a few issues. I didn’t receive the suite I had booked for the first night and had to switch rooms the next day, which was quite inconvenient. The bathroom also had a persistent unpleasant smell during my stay. Additionally, I noticed that the room charges were higher than my original booking price. While the staff corrected it after I raised the concern, it’s not ideal—especially for guests who opt for express checkout and may not notice the discrepancy."
