"Beautiful hotel in rural setting. Owner Miguel reserved our Acoura 516 bridge tickets as our international charge card was not accepted. The continental buffet breakfast was delicious and freshly served. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evening which Miguel started each evening. If we return to the area to hike we will definitely stay here again. It was impressively clean and staff (his family :) friendly. "

"We received a very warm welcome from the owners, even though we arrived later than planned. We were able to enjoy a toasted sandwich in the peaceful garden. The house itself has been beautifully renovated, and the rooms are decorated with great care, maintaining the old style yet offering all the modern conveniences. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh rolls, homemade jam, and lemonade. A place to return to!"

"Good location and very clean. The room amenities and decor were very nice, staff very helpful, and good breakfast. We booked a canal view room which you could only see from the corner of the room and basically looked out over the street so not really as advertised."

"We had the most wonderful stay here for 3 days over easter. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, every part of it is carefully thought out. The decor is gorgeous, rooms spacious with lovely high ceilings and it is immaculately clean. The grounds are stunning, service and staff exceptional, i cannot think of one negative thing about our stay. "The entire hotel is freezing cold. The lobby. The lounge. The breakfast area. The room took 2 hours of blasting heat just to be comfortable. Other than that. The staff is nice and breakfast was good"

"Our stunning room was such a beautiful surprise! It was larger and more comfortable than we could have imagined. We felt like royalty! The staff was very welcoming. We loved the rooftop breakfast which was also an honours bar. You can also bring up your own drinks. Great Views from the patio and our room. Luggage drop off and complimentary parking was a little tricky but worked out. Excellent location. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer! "
