"Staff was friendly as we checked in and they even allowed me to pay a smaller deposit since I wasn't informed of it prior to checking in. All washcloths and towels were horribly stained. They should have enough in their budget to get new ones at this point. I almost ran out of there when I saw the bed linens. They had old stains on them and some kind of pink substance on them. Thankfully Walmart is at the next light so I was able to go get everything we needed so that we didn't touch anything in the bathroom or on the bed. Floors need to be deep cleaned. Had spills everywhere. With a little facelift, this could be a decent hotel. "

"My boyfriend got locked out of his room one night and had to sleep in his truck because there was no one available to fix his key card until the mext day. That is horrible. Plus he told them he has to leave a couple days before the week we paid for was up. They didn't refund any of the days he wasn't there. Or compensate for the night he was locked out. Not good customer service."

"This hotel, that exact location should be the stardard for all comfort suites. It’s not perfect but it’s very accommodating. I would give it a 4.5 star out of 5. I was very impressed and satisfied with that location. Next time I’m in Georgia I know where to stay."

"Whem you walk in the room, and the mattress has a dip in it, there's your sign. This place was cheaper than some other places, and it was pretty obvious why. I won't be staying there in the future."
