"Staff were very friendly & welcoming upon arrival. Great parking. Kids loved the park and alpacas outside, right in the centre of everything - bonus was being able to feed the animals too. Our room was #19 - Delux family room with spa. It was very clean & tidy - everyday our towels were replaced with fresh ones and our bins were always emptied. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay 😊"

"What a lovely setting for a stay in Rotarua! Close enough to town to have easy access while keeping a bit of distance between the amazing geysers and their aromas and antics. Further, the rooms and grounds are a destination in themselves, with the accommodating manager Rajiv Shama and his staff always available to help with questions, reservations, and transportation. "Absolutely LOVED our stay here, with two adults and two young children. One bedroom suite had two large beds, so younger children were able to share. We were greeted by exceptionally warm staff and they went above and beyond for us. Kids really enjoyed the playground, minigolf and games room.
