Hotel Dekat Hamurana Springs

"Great value for money and excellent service from host Iris. Lodge is a little dated but it’s huge with plenty of activities from a pool, snooker/pool table, gym, gaming devices, tennis courts and extensive grounds. Location is handy to main highways, some of the key attractions and only 20 mins into central Rotorua. Would definitely stay here again."

"Good location, clean. Staff is willing to always assist. "

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Property was clean and well presented."

"Awesome customer service from the man in the office. Super lovely!"

"Very clean spacious quiet unit. Would highly recommend"

"As a solo female, i felt safe in the histel and area. I went early october so not too many travelers, so quiet."

"The customer service was excellent. The room was what we needed. The only problem was in the bathroom. It looked like towel holders may have been removed but there was mould coming through. The maintenance may not have been completed and was still work in progress. The staff are really lovely."

"子供が遊べる施設があり、大変喜んでいた。 また部屋も広く、快適に過ごせた。 交通量の多い道路沿いなので、時折地面が揺れた"

"The place was spotless, the location ideal."

"Great room close to restaurants & cafes. Was able to use Novotels hot spas which was fantastic."

"Kitchenette was literally a kettle and tiny fridge. Kettle wouldn’t fit in the sink in the bathroom so had to fill via cup. No way to clean dishes and housekeeping won’t come till day 3 so we had to ask reception for new cups and mugs when needed. No way to eat own food in room. The windows don’t close properly so all you can hear is people up and down the driveway. Reception closed at 6pm and there was no one to keep an eye on noise, which meant we were awake until 11:45pm thanks to several...

"Great stay at a very convenient location. Good facilities available."

"ロトルアの拠点として場所が適当。ランドリーが使えるのが良い。"

"Very friendly staff, hotel was located in a very quiet end of Rotorua. Pool, hot small spa & small thermal pool were great to use. Very large room with balcony, air con & tv. Kitchen ammenities with microwave & fridge."

"Good all around"

"It’s like a semi-upscale roadside motel. Very strange."

"Location was convenient. Parking was fine. Room smelled bad and we didn’t want to touch the old nappy pillows on the couch. The bottom floor smelled bad, which I assume was from the carpet. The toilet base was dirty and there was mold on the shower curtain. Beds upstairs were clean and had a good 2 nights rest although the apartment was ccld even with the heater turned up. It was roomy and there was a playground. I guess it would be okay for a family with young kids"
