"Very lovely, well-maintained and comfortable accommodation close to the cablecar station that takes you up the mountain. Has a nice restaurant and hiking equipment facilities on the ground floor."

"This place is out of the way, in a nice quiet area, surrounded by tree covered hills. You do get your own, self contained room. The only real downside was that the room was not labelled as a smoking or non-smoking room...so it had been smoked in previously and some lingering effects from that. Otherwise, great spot!"

"The Knot is in Shinjuku but on the quiet side. It can be a little confusing to find metro entrances and figuring out the best exits but it’s convenient to major lines. We also used the 51 bus. From Shibuya to the hotel is an easy route. The breakfast made our days better! Started off long days of exploring Tokyo with a delicious breakfast and the variety allowed us lots of variations in meals.
Not luxurious but comfortable and good value. "
"The location was perfect. Just a block away from the train station and one stop away from Shinjuku Station. The junior suite was very spacious and had four beds. Very nice amenities and we liked the extra amenities provided in the lobby which included a wide assortment of body care products. The breakfast buffet was nice too and we enjoyed the mini fluffy pancakes. Definitely wish we ordered more than two. Overall great stay and would gladly stay there again. "
"We had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo and would highly recommend it. The hotel is very clean, well maintained and staffed by professional, courteous and attentive team members across the board.
The rooms are spacious by Tokyo standards and serviced daily without needing to request housekeeping. Complimentary water is provided, and the hotel takes recycling seriously, which we appreciated.
The spa was a standout experience. The staff were highly skilled, professional and clearly very experienced. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed and calm.
The concierge, front desk, doormen and bell staff were consistently helpful with questions, directions and transportation. The hotel is conveniently located near a train line, making it easy to get around, and taxis are always readily available.
If you are looking for a comfortable, roomier hotel with excellent service, this is a great choice. The only note is that the hotel attracts many international travelers. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would absolutely stay here again."
"Clean, but small. Great for solo travelers, but don’s expect a Western sized room. Decent sized restroom though. Laundry onsite, but the laundry is busy and don’t expect the front desk to help you find an alternate place. Not too far from Shibuya Station, but maybe don’t walk there from the station with luggage—it’s about 10 mins away by foot which doesn’t seem like a lot, but it’s hard to navigate a busy street, a little uphill, with luggage, in the cold. Easy access to all the action, local buses, and a kombini very close by. "
"Great hotel, great staff and the rooms were clean, nicely laid out. We had the buffet breakfast which had great assortment. Loved this hotel and the lounge offerings. The Cerulean certainly made our trip memorable ! "
