"So our TV didn’t work at all in our room. I mentioned it to the hotel staff but got zero response from anyone. I’m kind of disappointed. The place has a series of ponds outside of the rooms and there is like a swarm of mosquitos. We literally opened and closed the door to our suite and had like 20 mosquitos inside the room. "Cute enough hotel. We were given an upgrade when there was a late cancellation which we appreciated. Unfortunately we had a difficult time sitting at the pool as the mosquitos were out in full force. More disappointing was the rather rude manager, Michael, in charge of the breakfast. I went back to look at some of the hotel's negative reviews (after the fact) and see now that he's been mentioned on several occasions by others for being rude, even hostile. Apparently the owners of this hotel...
