"Parking was great"

"The town is great; quiet and peaceful, the mountains and vegetation is beautiful. I was really looking forward; ensuring it has AC because of the weather heatwave. Also looking for the privacy of the detached room; I travel with my wife & teenage daughter. The bed was noisy, squeaky noise, any movement on the bed is a noise…. That took away the privacy."

"Stayed in Fern room. Check-in and out were easy. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. Other furnishings ok for our 3 night stay (dining table, and loveseat and chair in LR), but loveseat would be rough if planning to stay inside more. We didn’t used the fireplace, but fire starters were provided. Overall, our expectations were met. Owner was very helpful over phone in providing more details about each of the rooms available. "Our stay at Azure Sky exceeded our expectations. The lobby, amenities, and design are thoughtful and well maintained. The rooms were gorgeous, spacious and spotless. The staff was lovely. We could tell how much thought and care was put into making each guests stay memorable and smooth. All the little extras like the in room snacks and happy hour also made us feel welcome and special. We will definitely be staying here again and telling friends."

"The complete establishment is so well manicured. Everything is neatly trimmed and beautifully maintained. Upon arrival we were greeted by Linda so professional ,polite and attentive. We were walked through the resort with the amenities being pointed out including a shared kitchen where the Continental Breakfast is served. We were walked to our room #7 and shown in. "This was our second visit to L’Horizon, we went to celebrate my birthday and stayed for 6 nights. From the moment we arrived and until the checkout we felt welcomed and very well taken care of. The entire team is amazing, and the new Hermann Bungalows fabulous. We will be back. We highly recommend L’Horizon for a relaxing getaway."

"The motel was clean but the maintenance was either being neglected or prior work that had been done was not done well. Our room smelled overwhelmingly of sanitizer/cleaner and the carpet had three ripples in it. The pool was nice but again there was some maintenance or repairs needing to be made. I booked this in February for a June trip and based on what I paid versus what the going rate was during our stay I overpaid by $50 a night."
