"We just love staying at Les Cactus. We have been several times and I feel like it’s a hidden gem in the boutique hotel sector. "Very overpriced for what it is. The branding is cool but doesnt live up to the experience. There are not enough loungers by the pool for guests. The breakfast and food generally isnt so good. The staff are miserable and unhelpful. I stayed the long weekend Memorial Day and it cost $3k and i felt it was terrible value for money and I did not love. Would not stay again."

"Strange things happening in this hotel where staff enters the room without any notice for no reason. I would not travel here alone or bring any valuables. Front desk guy does not seem to care about my concerns but then again he had no life in his eyes seems he wouldn’t blink if the whole place was burning down. Manager was kind and helpful but still would not return here."

"Cute enough hotel. We were given an upgrade when there was a late cancellation which we appreciated. Unfortunately we had a difficult time sitting at the pool as the mosquitos were out in full force. More disappointing was the rather rude manager, Michael, in charge of the breakfast. I went back to look at some of the hotel's negative reviews (after the fact) and see now that he's been mentioned on several occasions by others for being rude, even hostile. "Loved the location. The hotel was so conveniently located that we parked the car and left it there for the few days we were there. The parking lot was a huge plus. There were so many helpful employees there and the breakfast boxes were wonderful. We hope to return next year and most likely to the same hotel. It was very relaxing!"
