I took my employees (5) to your property for a time to reset and do a little work. Their rooms, Impala, were quite beautiful and nicely appointed.
As the CEO, I stayed in a 2 bedroom impala with our President. I had stayed at your property two times before and it is quite clear that not all of your two bedrooms are as nice as the others.
During this stay, we stayed in room 10. The bathroom has no place for any toiletries and was extremely difficult due to me only having one arm. This was very difficult. The second bedroom had no closets or hangers or hooks. And the door to the patio opened up into the rug, into the curtain and into the bed and really was not accessible fire anyone to use.
There was no privacy and it was loud due to us being right off of the lanai for breakfast & cookies, etc. Our room also had no place for a vanity, hair dryer or makeup and no proper lighting anywhere.
The curtains are very tattered and the bedside tables just don’t work. The dresser in the room without a closet felt like the drawers were going to come flying at my feet.
The coffee area was small and very disappointing.
Upon arriving, I asked to switch my rooms as I was there for five nights. I was told that this could not be accommodated. In the past, I’ve always stayed in room 22 and the difference between 10 and 22 is extreme.
I asked to speak to the manager and he never called me back.
Although our stay was amazing room 10 is not!
