"I had a room with paper-thin walls. I could hear my next-door room neighbors late into the evening...they were just having a normal decibel conversation but the walls were so thin between us that it was all disruptive to falling asleep.
I found the main manager when I checked in a bit off-putting. Her Fri comment that "I'm off after today and I need it" (in so many words), typified her manner throughout all interactions.

"We were impressed by the friendliness and excellent service provided by all staff. Our room (no 6) was comfortable.
Just one note of warning: the entrance way to the bathroom is VERY low; it is a safety issue calling for attention.
Dinners in the restaurant were well suited to hungry walkers: we enjoyed the food; it was well prepared and presented.
Breakfasts were good; a bowl of fresh fruit and a better range of cereals would have been welcome.
