"I never dealt with a better staff at a resort. I was there for five nights and six days and it was the best resort I’ve ever been to in the United States. The staff was so accommodating. The waterpark was great to the point where my son didn’t wanna leave to go to Universal or Disney he wanted to stay there instead .The manager was also top-notch. "So easy to walk to Disney Springs. Plus buses to the parks are convenient. Unlike other hotels where there are only one or two buses to the parks all day, they offered buses hourly. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Looking to return in November! "
