"Check in was ok. I was aware that we would have to pay for parking, but you have to use a separate app to do that. I found that annoying and it was not explained well. Especially annoying when the person checking in beside you got complimentary parking. The room itself was large and clean. Breakfast had alot of options and was freshly cooked."
"My sister has mobility challenges. The room where we were originally assigned was not on the first floor. The attendant did some adjusting and got us a room where she could maneuver. The room was lovely . The outside court are was neat, calming and a treat to view out the window. We needed an iron. No problem! Very polite and helpful office staff."
"Best place to stay in Huntington Beach! Just go. Don't comparison shop. This place was magnificent. I brought my 87 year old mom and the entire hotel is accessible. Who needs Cabos when you can stay here. The entire staff was helpful, friendly and accommodating. Everywhere we went the staff was amazing.
The room was clean, comfortable and even the partial ocean view was peaceful and beautiful.
The have an adult only hot tub area. The Kou pond and gardens are beautiful.
There are several places to get food from a very nice grocery store with healthy choices, a pool bar and restaurant that was delicious. We rented a Cabana one day. It wad $350 which included a large fruit platter, iced drinks and very comfy pool chairs. It was a big purchase for me but I would do it again for my mom's comfort.
The pool was warm and it's a salt water pool. The jacuzzi was a bit too much salt but considering the families that don't follow age rules, it made sense.
It has a ramp walk that takes you directly to the beach. The beach area is really nice. They have umbrellas and chairs. For a fee you can join a beach fire. I didn't do it but I would if I had kids with me. This was family friendly AND singles or couple friendly.
I can't rave enough about this hotel. I'm definitely coming back. We'll worth spoiling yourself."
"I booked a room last minute and I was very impressed. The young man that helped me at the front desk was very kind. The room was small but very clean with what looked to be new furniture. I absolutely loved the shower head in the bathroom. I had a room located at the back of the property and the parking lot was brightly lit and there wasn’t anyone lurking around. It felt pretty safe."
