"I booked this hotel by accident! It’s not in South Padre! That’s just the name of the street! South Padre is 2:55 hrs away. For the location it’s clean and convenient to the highway. I didn’t know they accept pets so it was very noisy with the barking and children while I was there. I do not like waking up to barking and loud kids! I seen other reviews about how good the breakfast was and I didn’t experience that. It’s the same old continental breakfast everyone serves! I guess it’s something if...

"We had a disappointing experience at this motel. Upon arrival, we found the office closed with no staff available to assist us. The door was closed, and the lights were off. Despite calling their phone number, we were directed to voicemail. What's more, they charged us despite their inadequate service and refused to provide a refund due to their policy. The outside looks very unsafe and sketchy, be aware of your surrounding here."
