"I couldn’t even try the breakfast after the unsanitary experience I had during my stay. The floor was so wet and unsafe to move around due to “humidity” that they had to move me to a different room. The light switch in the new room was not working. There a was a brown stain on the bedsheet and to make things WORSE,,, I woke up with a COCKROACH crawling on my arm in the morning. I documented and reported each incident to the staff and asked for the manager to address the horrible experience,...

"When we arrived at the hotel the employee told us they did not have a room available. He was not going to honor the room purchased through Expedia. I had to be firm and continue to say I purchased a room with a king bed... After about 15 minutes he finally honored our Expedia reservation. Room was clean, nice, extremely comfortable mattress!"
