Travel to Laguna Carilafquen

Beautiful property with a beautiful view from the rooftop bar. Unfortunately though, our bathroom was left unclean with a large skid mark in the toilet upon check in. This set our stay off on the wrong foot. While they tried to right the wrong, it unfortunately soured our stay. It is quite an expensive hotel and we really were expecting something else.

Second stay at the Langham and it's very difficult to fault any aspect of our stay. Welcoming and attentive staff. Clean. Executive Lounge a must.

My wife and I live in Connecticut. This is our go-to hotel when we have to attend a function in Manhattan (rather than driving back). It is superb and has excellent suites at reasonable prices.

The hotel staff were brilliant, service was good. A couple of points to note which were not deal breakers but perhaps can be improved. The door to our room was too short and noise insulation was bad. We can hear our neighbours coming back in the middle of the night and doors slamming. Phone in our room wasn't working very well. Sofas in the apartment for breakfast and drinks were not most comfy. My now wife and I stayed at The Pierre for our mini-moon the night of our wedding. It was so elegant and made my wife and I fee like royalty. Thank you for the amazing experience.
