"Breakfast was extensive for such a small place. Front desk staff was anazing!!! Appearing shortly after check in with a welcome belini❤️ Liberal use of scented cleaners made the room smell unbearable. Front desk provided a fan very promptly to help. The hotel in under renovation & beside a gym/dance studio. So there is noise during the day if you're in the hotel during the day. "This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "
