"Excellent hotel and very friendly staff. Probably the best view in the entire island! We were very surprised at how quiet the hotel was despite being on the pier. Breakfast was disappointing, we require a halal diet which was not available (despite majority of residents of PhiPhi being Muslim!) - we found that there were minimal vegetarian options, but whatever was available was tasty. I would stay here again purely because of the view, rooms and staff"

"Fabulous place! Just gorgeous! Food is great! Private beach, Long Beach and snorkeling just a few minutes walk away. Rooms are amazing. The only thing noteworthy was depending on your room location you will hear the long tail boats driving by. But that certainly didn’t ruin it for us! Awesome place!"

"Beach is beautiful and easy to catch a boat to town. Rooms are clean and bed is comfy. The food is a little expensive but not crazy. Lots of fish for snorkeling right off beach. Would definitely come back!"

"Je ne laisse jamais d’avis habituellement, mais cette fois je me sens obligé de prévenir les futurs voyageurs. L’accueil a été très froid, avec une responsable peu souriante et très limitée dans la communication. On ne se sent pas vraiment bienvenu. La chambre est très décevante : vieille, oppressante, avec une climatisation inutilisable qui souffle un air humide et laisse couler de l’eau. Il y avait aussi une colonie de fourmis juste en dessous de la clim. Les toilettes sont de taille...

"Super hotel! Heel centraal. 2 min lopen vanaf de boot. Personeel heel aardig en hotel in goede staat. Alleen totaal geen mooi uitzicht. Super leuk om in het straatje erachter te ontbijten. Zeker een aanrader dit hotel!!"

"This hotel is with walking distance from the pier so it’s very convenient to get to. We got a room that has pool access. That was very nice since we can lounge on the patio or just jump into the pool. There’s another pool facing the beach so the view is very nice from there. The breakfast has limited offerings and was located in a different building from the hotel but still close. And now to the beds…they had one of the hardest beds I’ve ever slept in. "The hotel location is absolutely prime. One of the best views I’ve seen throughout the holiday to wake up to. I found that staff were not accommodating at all. They also charged us for a taxi to Tonsai, but when the taxi arrived they also used the taxi to transport gas cylinders and run a hotel errand (I thought this was cheeky since we paid for the private taxi). All in all, the views and the beach more made up for the staff!"

"The place is clean , close to everything . The only issue is that the rooms are noisy so you are going to hear everything from outside I always use earplugs so that was useful and my husband is heavy sleeper"

"Great staff! I accidentally booked the wrong type of room and they fixed it for me free of charge!!! Very professional staff. The batteries died in our door lock and they promptly replaced them after they checked in the guests waiting in line. Our bum gun also didn't work. They also fixed that right away. Very attentive. The rooms themselves are a little old and moldy though. The staff more than makes up for it. "
