"There was some confusion at check-in between superior vs premium room. Photos are not accurate as there are many rooms . We skipped housekeeping and were issued a complimentary drink coupon - but the bartender had a tough time redeeming it. Helpful staff, firm bed, good size room. Needs touch up painting . Easy walk to train station- Longer to walk to City center. "

"Mid-march the place seemed nearly abandoned. We never saw staff- self checkin and checkout. Room was ok, but smoke detector was disconnected. Breakfast was spartan. Eggs were cold and had been sitting out a while. We were the only ones at breakfast, again no staff seen. "

"I dont know what people smoked to give this hotel excellent reviews. The staff was fantastic but the rest terrible. This is a super old hotel with ZERO investments to keep it up. I am glad i am slim, because the shower is so tiny that you have to shower with the doors open if you weight more than 180 pounds. Internet speed is like dial in modem in the 90. TV is so small that you have to go out of the bed and sit in front if it to see something!"
