Wonderful hotel with amazing customer service especially at the reception Breakfast is also wonderful with fresh food and delicious options Having its own parking is a great advantage especially if you want to stay near the old town Walking distance to everything you need : shopping , restaurants, monuments, etc… Can’t say enough how much we enjoyed staying there ….

The staff was amazingly helpful and went out of their way to provide ice, a wine bottle bucket and wine glasses to take to our room. It made for a an enjoyable soak in the bath to relax after a day off walking while sipping a cold glass of wine.

Outstanding hotel in the heart of Heidelberg yet just slightly removed from old town that it's quiet. Exquisite room - felt like a princess with the mural on the ceiling - with all the amenities and an enormous bathroom. The room was incredible and far exceeded my expectations. All of the staff are welcoming and helpful and made me feel at home. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully laid out. This hotel is a gem and I regret not staying longer but will be back.
