I told her it was incorrect, but she insisted on using what she thought was the correct spelling and continued until the error occurred. Only then did she agree to re-enter the correct name (the name on my passport), and she completed the check-in with a rather unfriendly attitude. In conclusion, I think there are still many areas for improvement, but first and foremost, I hope the moldy stains can be thoroughly cleaned and removed."
