"The daily breakfast was by far the best part. The bed appeared clean, but the hotel is definitely due for a deep clean. I worked at a hotel for years, I can tell that there is no standard for cleanliness here. The floors, counters, baseboards, walls are all dirty. Might be time for some spring cleaning!"

"The stay was pretty good. The room was not clean well at all. There were spills from previous visitors that were still left, high dusting on lights was not done, left over tissue paper in the bed room, cupboards not wiped, splashed from previous guests, dirty dishes put away in the drawers. Table had crusted on liquid that was not wiped during our whole stay. "

"This place is going through renovations and it shows. No carpeting in the room. Vinyl flooring. Not even a rug. And they didn’t provide services to my room after the first night. I stayed 2 nights and had no clean towels after first night, etc. and breakfast included was supposed to start at 7AM and there were about 8 guests waiting outside the restaurant for 20 minutes for it to open. I’d avoid this place until they figure it out "

"The hot tub was out of order, there was no prior notice of this just a note in the pool area. Had to switch rooms 2 times, first time was due to the furnace coming out of the wall with exposed electrical with a huge amount of heavy dust, the second room change was due to unsafe broken desk chair that tipped all the way back (luckily no one got hurt) and the room being a low floor above a event smoking area that was very loud and smelly, we discovered this when returning to our room after a long day in the evening which was extremely inconvenient to do with a young child at the time of night. The hotel did very little to compensate us for the inconvenience, they gave us free breakfast on the last morning. "
