"I had a warm welcome and my case was taken up to my room. The room was large with king sized bed. All clean, dated, but that suited the age of hotel! There was a small table with kettle and a selection of tea, coffee etc. Large en-suite with large shower. Lots of choices on breakfast menu and cooked freshly. Parking was easy. Location was excellent. 5 minutes walk to Lacock Abbey. Lacock is a very small place but very interesting."

"Die Unterkunft hat uns als Familie von 3 sehr gefallen! Das Zimmer war sauber, Harry und Eliza waren sehr freundlich und haben uns alle Fragen ruhig und zuvorkommend beantwortet. "Location is superb, 100 ft to Chippenham bus station, and leads than 10 minutes bistro from the train station. Room is spacious, so is the bathroom, big and renovated. Courtyard is nice. There is a leisure pool at site too. Huge parking lot at back. The buffet breakfast offered was full English style and truly great. Staffs were super friendly. "Room was good, bed comfy, shower worked well. It’s in the middle of town so there is some noise, especially on a Saturday night, but to be expected. Checking in was easy although it would have been helpful to have two room keys. The woman on the desk did not seem entirely in the same world as everyone else. "Quirky old accommodation lovely staff fab evening food, ok continental breakfast...great vibe in the pub lovely and friendly people. Room was comfy, did need some attention to cleanliness, but saying that the bed was spotless and very comfy...bathroom small but well equipped."

"Me, my partner and our 2 dogs spent an amazing weekend there ❤️ The place is magical. We went for long walks around the fields, ate amazing food in the restaurant at the property, swam in a swimming pool, and enjoyed the area around. Definitely recommend to visit!
