"Very clean room and ewll taken care."

"We did not have a very good stay. Upon arrival we were told that the water was going to be turned off the following day from 11:30am-3pm during which time we could not use the sink, shower or toilet. Needless to say this was quite inconvenient. Additionally, housekeeping had not cleaned our room by 3:30pm. We told the front desk about it and they said they would have it taken care of right away, so we made sure to leave our room for the next hour. Upon our return, it had still not been cleaned....

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything in the bathroom worked well. The shower was especially comfortable. Parking was included and staff was friendly and helpful. I was not able to connect to the front desk but other than that everything was fine."

"I don’t usually write bad reviews or reviews in general. The weird looks I received from the staff when I arrived weren’t an issue at all. However, I’d recommend you not book here if that bothers you. Even so, the bed was quite comfortable and clean. Keep in mind parking is $15 every night and breakfast is $18.90 per person. Other than that, everything was well until I saw a cockroach fall from the bathroom sink the morning of my check out. Who knows what else was going on in there that I wasn’t...

"Breakfast, not much impressive"

"I have never stayed at an AC by Marriott hotel before. What a nice discovery! It's now my favorite hotel brand. Friendly and helpful staff that go out of their way to help their guests. Very nice, clean and well maintained facilities. Good breakfast. Free coffe and water. Nice area to work at the lobby and the terrace. I just can't remember anything that is not excellent."

"Very disappointed. A lot of misrepresentation. Pictures were not what reality presents. Building is old, not maintained, carpets in hallway isdurty n has that damp mildew smell. Its like a 1 star hotel. We requested a refund for misrepresentation and was told the manager is not back to approve until monday. We checked out right after check in. I need my money back. Non refundable only applies if stay was used and if there is no misrepresentation. I am hoping they will do the right thing and give...

"We had a pleasant stay as always in a Marriott hotel. I have to say the rooms were kind of plain and could use some more decors to make it more peaceful and harmonious vibe. The light switches were kinda weird and one of the switch was broken but was later fixed when we got back. So, that was nice. It’s close to freeway and shopping centers in the area. Walking distance. Overall, I would stay again."
