"We had a great stay, the room was very clean, and kitchen utensils, pans, microwave and coffee maker were provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Bikes were available for 100 peso, cheaper than any other rental spot in the area. Located within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store, but far enough from the busy area that it was quiet and peaceful at night. "

"Friendly staff, lovely clean room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Hot shower, fridge, coffee and milk frappe with complementary biscuits every day, beach/pool towels. Fresh water available in the lobby with percolated coffee. Kitchen available to use with a microwave, toaster and kettle. We bought our own breakfast but there was a cafe just across the road. Location very good for walking to lots of restaurants. Free cycles available but as we had a car no need to use. We drove to Jaguar park to access the Tulum ruins and used the electric cars to get around. We also went to the Niken beach club (300 pesos pp minimum spend) and a tour to the Biosphere nearby. Great stay, the road to the hotel has got large holes but this is only for about 100 yards so not really a problem if you drive slow."
