The staff told us to park in a place that gave us a pricey parking ticket, then told us it was our fault. Additionally, the listing told us 3 could fit in a room when in fact it was not true. We stayed in the Royal Suite and not sure if they misrepresented it or I did not catch the fine print but we thought we were getting a two bedroom suite with a common living space.
