"The room was clean and perfect. We had to wait the staff for checkin despite the fact that we gave the time of arrival. Also the price I paid included the breakfast but the host said it was not and did provide breakfast next morning. I provided him the booking receipt details showing that the breakfast included. I also reported this to expedia help desk same day, but I was told that they could not communicate with the host due to English barrier. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The pools are lovely. The location is good as a base for exploring the Gargano, and although not on the beach, the shuttle bus does the job well. If you’re English I’d strongly suggest avoiding the most budget room as it’s really hot, the accommodation doesn’t have air conditioning, which isn’t a problem in most rooms, but the cheapest one was baking all day and night, we felt we had to ask for an upgrade. "The hotel was overall good. There was an issue effecting water pressure which meant that no one could use their sink or flush the toilets for several hours. We did not know that the pool had quiet hours in the afternoon where it was closed and did not realize that bathing caps were required in the pool. The location was excellent. Very close to the beach, with a private area for the hotel available at additional cost. It is also next to a fantastic farmers market and within a few minute walk of the heart of the city. Despite the minor issues we were happy with our stay and loved the city of Vieste."

"This was by far the best hotel of our trip. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful Old Town, while also offering a wonderful swimming pool to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh options, and the views were absolutely stunning. What made our stay truly exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Even late in the evening, they were happy to provide coffee, water, and anything else we needed, always with a smile and a solution-oriented attitude.
