Hotel berdekatan La Hacienda del los Martinez

"Clean, comfortable, convienent location."

"The setting and hotel were absolutely lovely! Close by but not right in the center of town, which gets pretty noisy at night. Walking distance to the Taos Plaza and numerous restaurants. Peggy, the owner, has owned and lovingly managed it for 30 years. It is the kind of place you'd love to stay for a week, relaxing in the sun in chairs on the patio and enjoying the delicious breakfasts. Would stay here again if we ever return to Taos. It's kinda hard to get there from Boston area, but so worth...

"Loved it"

"We booked two rooms through the Hotel La Fonda de Taos website which uses Expedia services. One room was uninhabitable with numerous health and safety concerns (pictures attached): large and small stains on the mattress (blood? urine?) and stains on the pillow case; over two dozen (we stopped counting) long and short black hairs on bed sheets, bed pad, and stained rug; more black hairs on the bathroom floor, in the tub, and a large clump of hair on the tub wall; random oblong and small round...

"Enjoyed our short stay in the hotel."

"Katherine at the front desk was lovely. She worked hard to accommodate my mobility issues. Breakfast in the morning was impressive and the staff wonderful. Would definitely stay again when in Taos."

"Old Taos Guesthouse is nicely located 2 miles drive from Taos Old Town Plaza. (Stop at Taos Cow ice cream shop on the way into town!!) The price was very reasonable & included breakfast, which was delicious. The property is lovely and very quiet. My only complaint is with our particular room (#7). The room was very large with a working fireplace, however there was no shelves/chest of drawers for clothes or even a luggage rack to open your suitcase. The wardrobe had only 4 hangers. I would...

"Nice stay. Vernon was very helpful"

"This is not a standard hotel. It's a set of parked classic trailers (like Airstreams). Instead of a room or a suite you get a trailer - so it's basically a small apartment. Hotel management wants to keep the trailers as close to their original furnishings and mechanical systems as possible, but that's a challenge, so there are some things that don't work perfectly. If you require perfection, this isn't the hotel for you. But, if you enjoy a bit of nostalgia and whimsy and can work with the very...
