"Muy mal , por parte de la Recepción.. hasta cuatro veces tuve que indicar la Necesidad de una cama supletoria, lo hice cuando llegamos por la mañana , al mediodía ,por la tarde , NO atendieron mí petición…..… Tras todo el día a las 12:00 de la noche me ofrecen otra habitación diferente, Ni hemos podido dormir en horas, Dp las llaves tampoco abrían, un desastre la verdad, muchísima incompetencia. Creo que aún no están preparados para tanto volumen de trabajo."

"Hotel needs major renovation- very old rooms! Uncomfortable beds, sparse pillows. Dinner buffet was poor in quality and taste. Breakfast was ok. Feels like a cheap package holiday resort. Tons of small children. Lots of screening and drama."

"We had a very warm welcome and the Appartement was in good condition. Parking was in a garage and big enough for our Van. We spent three great days there. Also the kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed. Thanks to the Solmares team"

"Good for kids (though few as it was school time!). Bar good - if noisy - but drinks and bar food was good value. Breakfast was disappointing in that while there was a lot of choice it was a shame better quality fresh ingredients (e g cheese - only one type and as another guest said to me: "straight out of a packet" - and prepared fruit was only tinned. To be fair, there was a good selection of fresh fruit. Waiting staff were very good. "

"Un hôtel et son cadre : Magnifique, on s'y sent de suite bien. Décoration de l'hôtel très jolie. Bonne literie. Personnel accueillant. 2 piscines extérieures au top, sublime ! J'ai adoré nos 3 jours là-bas. Ça me manque déjà. Les produits gel douche et crème corps sentent très bons. Seul bémol pour les cocktails du bar piscine : pas bon, chimique (sirop ?), trop sucré. Moi qui adore la sangria, j'ai préféré boire de l'eau.. Il ne faut aussi pas être exigeant pour la nourriture car c'est basique,...

"Super clean, giant bed, crisp sheets, soft pillow, good shower, nice little balcony, altogether a lovely stay. The restaurant offer superb breakfast. Will definitely use this hotel again. There's a supermarket next door which is handy too. Also it's close to town centre. Ten out of ten!"

"The hotel is in an excellent location,close to the motorway with fantastic views over the river and out to sea. Staff were helpful accepted an Amazon parcel delivery for our fellow travellers and quickly upgraded their rooms on request Rooms clean and tidy and kept so. Air conditioning ok and way to control. Breakfast is expensive and not worth it and there is much better value in the town. Bar staff very friendly. Hotel not particularly busy. For a Parador it is good value especially booked...

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Bordoy Grand House Algarve ! L'hôtel est idéalement situé, dans un endroit très agréable juste à côté d'un charmant petit port, au cœur d'un très beau petit village. Gros point positif pour l'organisation : il existe des solutions de parking gratuit juste à proximité de l’hôtel, ce qui est vraiment très pratique. Tout était parfait : Les chambres : Superbes, confortables et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Le service : Un personnel absolument au top !...

"Nice clean place with very responsive staff. They were extremely helpful via WhatsApp as I was arriving with a late check in. Cute location, free packing down the block, no issues. Clean room with good working AC. Bathroom was a little run down but completely adequate condition for the price of the room. very nice view from the top balcony off the communal kitchen, you can see the lighthouse. Great value stay, would come again if stopping in the area. "
