Clean, well appointed room. Personable & professional Reception team. Kettle. Good WiFi. Plenty of hot water and towels. Breakfast needed some hot tomatoes or mushrooms. Bit ordinary considering I paid a high NYE price. Centrally located and close to the Ayamonte ferry terminal. A good hotel.

It was a quiet time of year. Staff very welcoming and approachable especially on reception. Really appreciated the bottle of water in the room each day. Everywhere was very clean.

I booked this hotel last minute so I appreciated the accommodation. The pool is very refreshing and the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast the following morning was great too! Lots of fresh food and all very tasty and satisfying. The property is located close to anything you could want… from shopping and dining options to public transportation. Highly recommend!

From the minute we walked into the hotel we felt welcomed. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is an easy walk from the train station, close to the riverfront, shopping and numerous restaurants. Overall 10/10. Great value for the price. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff are the positives. We must say a big thank you to the guy at reception for his wine recommendations and putting the heating and football on in the bar.Unfortunately the hotel is dated and in need of modernisation. We also found the rooms to be quite cold, but this was easy rectified using the A/C we also had a problem with ants in our room. Overall we found it to be a bit basic, but based on the room rate it was good value.

Much better than picture suggests!

Lovely hotel. We asked for a room away from traffic noise and were given a 4th floor room at rear of hotel. Not that noise would have been a problem as the hotel does not front onto a busy road as we thought it did. Breakfast was very good, service was excellent, short walk to river, short drive to beach, impressive individual styling on landing of each floor, comfy room with very firm mattress although softer pillows would have been better. Very good value.

Perfect Location

The location is fantastic and the rooms are great. I really appreciated the refrigerator and the grocery and bakery across the street. Additionally the staff was wonderful.

The staff is the secret sauce, friendly and helpful. We were awed with one of the front desk clerks who also served as bartender - he made a nice cocktail, and there he was in the morning helping with breakfast.

Great frontdesk staff made all the difference

Great hotel with a central location. I had a misunderstanding about a fee. However, Fransica at the front desk was very professional in explaining how it was overlooked on my part. Great staff and worth returning

I loved the property. Very clean well maintained. Stayed 4 nights and enjoyed. Unfortunately my last night my neighbors were very loud. I banged on the wall which helped.. I know the property has no way to control. Patricia at the front desk was very welcoming!!

What was most unique about our stay was when we unlocked the door to our room (204) and entered it smelled like Tutankamens Grandmothers house, cigarettes and moth balls and cabbage soup left to ferment in a closed, unventilated hot room for 3,300 years give or take a few. Even the air conditioning could not suck up the stench of grandmother's house. The place is overall nice our room not so much.
