"Soy cliente de este hotel y me hospedo por lo menos 3-4 veces al año. Me sorprendió la falta de mantenimiento en este ahora que estuve. El extractor del baño no funcionaba, la zona húmeda del hotel en mal estado y no funcionaba, el comedor con el techo inflado por la humedad, la pintura en la zona del jacuzzi de la zona húmeda en mal estado y así muchos detalles. "This is a lovely spot, but is 25 min from Pereira, so it is rather isolated. We enjoyed that at first, as we were very tired.
