"Courtesy was the best, from every single staff member I encountered. There were some little bits of the room that were not impeccably clean but I am pretty happy with the room. I think it is great to be able to go between the two areas of the resort as I was traveling alone. My big issue was with Expedia and Hyatt Corp levels as there is a lot of confusion with the name of the resorts that are literally on the same beach. "Nicole was an all star host, in a wonderland getaway property. If you enjoy nature, this is perfect. We got in later than expected, but Nicole was welcoming and accommodating. There conveniently was beer and wine for sale. Pools were well kept and clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I can’t rave enough about this hidden gem. I hope to return. "Mi habitación estuvo limpia y bien cuidada, aunque la de mis familiares no tanto, pues vimos cucarachas en la suya. La piscina es excelente, y el personal fue muy amable y comunicativo. El unico detalle es la energia eléctrica que hay que pagar el consumo al final. No es un gasto excesivo si utilizas la energia como en casa, pero es bueno tenerlo en cuenta. Tampoco incluye desayuno, pero hay un excelente restaurante llamado Aroma, donde ofrecen 10% de descuento a quienes se hospedan en el hotel....
