"We stayed here for a few nights and never again. Hotel is in an area full of prostitution, a lot of drunk people and lots of everything. No security at door so basically anyone can come in the hotel. We upgraded to a studio for more space and I wish we never paid extra money for it. Super small and uncomfortable. We definitely will not be coming back. "

"This is one of my favorite hotels in the area. Close to the entertainment district but in a quiet area. Highly recommended!"

"A washbag of toiletties was removed from our room and staff could not care aless...acted like it was normal. Room was filthy. Breakfast basic. Good location but lots of homeless people live steps from the main entrance."

"Clean & modern rooms, friendly staff, the outdoor rooftop pool was a decent size and the General cafe is attached to the hotel lobby which is awesome for great coffee & breakfast. It is located in a quieter section of El Poblado (Manila) but nice cafes and restaurants are quick walk away. It’s still very close to the busier part as well either via Uber or can walk if you want to explore. Would highly recommend this hotel & would definitely stay here again! "

"Lady that check us in and out was a complete nightmare. Rude from the very moment we walked in. We made our reservation through Expedia and had made some changes on our reservation and had proof and she refuse to honor it and wouldn’t let us check in until we added a new room for an extra guest that was part of the reservation. We even asked if we could just check in to leave the stuff in the room until we could figure it out and refused. Also we were told it was a family friendly hotel and brought our 10 year old to be told by her that he was not allowed with us at the restaurants at the hotel. One of the reasons we booked it was bc of the rooftop, we even asked if we could go in the morning with him and just said no. Was not helpful at all and made our first time in Medellin a complete hell. She knew our reservation was not refundable and took advantage of the situation to make us pay more. Never been treated like this before. Everyone else was very nice and helpful and even when we went to do our check out which it was a day earlier bc she refused to changed it, she had the same nasty attitude with us. "
