"Es un hotel excelente completo playa piscina bar restaurantes , spa todo en un solo lugar. Locación frente al mar ✨ Pero ya tiene algunos muebles de las habitaciones algo antiguos y dañados Esa sería mi única observación."

"Checking staff was not helpful. Room was not ready at check in. Was told they would call when it was. At 7pm we still did not hear from front desk staff. Pool was not kept clean, pool furniture was in poor condition. Staff was not courteous. The only Ice machine was in the kitchen that the restaurant and guests both shared. Our room was clean and in good condition except the shower had mold and did not look like it was cleaned well. Had to haul our luggage to the adjacent building through the outdoor restaurant to reach the elevator to our room. Would not stay again and would not recommend!"

"Breakfast was good. I would rather not have the resort fee and eat somewhere else. the pool ok. no bar. good shade if you want. "

"Room was clean and overall nice bed was terrible so sunken in that the second night we sleep sideways at top and bottom to avoid sunken area. Staff at check in and out were nice, no complementary breakfast and restaurant attached to hotel wasn’t good sent my wife’s dinner back. Complementary beach chairs and towels but did not use them. Good location also two blocks away from 7th parking garage. "

"It took the receptionist literally 40 minutes to check us in. Incredibly slow and unfocused.When I asked questions,it appeared that she didn't know what she was doing or explaining to us why the process was to taking so long. Other than that, everything else was ok."

"The lobby of the hotel is really pretty, but the rooms aren’t very nice. We had a hard time getting our room cleaned, we were gone all day long from 9am to 4pm each day and then again in the evening from about 6pm to midnight, plenty of opportunity to have housekeeping clean. We had to ask multiple times for someone to clean our room and when they would come, they were very, very rude. You can also hear everything that is happening in the rooms next to you, what tv show they are watching, their conversation, EVERYTHING. Can we talk about the size of the pool? It’s very deceiving from the photos online and is literally a bath tub amongst dining tables. The front desk staff were really nice. I wouldn’t stay here again"
