Nothing super fancy but solid and close to gulf and Manatee River boardwalk. Hardwood floors were nice vs carpet. We could tell the room had been remodeled. AC unit cranked 72 cold the whole time. "Had a great comfortable stay at Legacy hotel while my son got settled in at IMG. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had great views and amenities.
