"Once we were approved, and arrived at the property, we didnt have to register with anyone. It was super easy. The Landing app was very easy to use, and way to communicate with the property owners. We never had to use it to communicate, but knew that if we needed something we could reach out to someone using the app. Would highly recommend, and would use them again in the future. Thanks! "

"Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. "Was supposed to depart at 6. I showed up at 5:15 and waited until 6 before i started calling their phone number. Had to call 15 times before i got an answer and they said they didnt know i booked it. Said they would have a captain out in 40 minutes. Called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they didnt have a captain. This was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received a refund. There's either super unprofessional or scam artists."
