We called multiple times in advance to let them know of our early morning arrival time, and did book the night before knowing that the room may not be available upon our arrival in the next morning. She refused to listen or read the pass on notes from the other VERY helpful staff. "This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate."

"The hotel was always super clean and everyone was friendly, only one issue. I booked on Expedia and had a pet when I arrived. The lady at the desk didn’t know how to do that so she just charged me me the $150 deposit. The next day the lady knocked on my door for 5 mins to collect the pet fee. I wasn’t there, my husband was in shower and the dog went crazy. She saw me coming up the elevator and said I need to collect the pet fee I said ok. "The room featured new floor tiles and a renovated bathroom. However, a very strong musty odor, furniture in poor condition, and mold on the bathroom tiles made it unappealing. We couldn't stay there and found 5-star accommodation for a difference of only 15 dollars."
