"pros: the rooms are spacious, which is good for families that have kid's, my children loved that there was an ice cream machine and a coke machine and how nice the staff were, and that there were free snacks. Cons: the floor was a bit dirty and the tables were kinda sticky, and the things are a bit old."

"It was a beautiful hotel located right on Hollywood Blvd. You walk out the door, it’s right there. The staff was very nice It’s an older hotel, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. No coffee maker in the room. They did have some in the lobby, but when it’s gone, it’s gone. Your best bet is to walk over to McDonald’s and get yourself a cup. There is a mini fridge stocked with drinks, but you pay for anything you drink or eat. We bought a couple water bottles and put them in...

"Dropping off luggage wasn’t easy to park in front. Streets are well… LA. However the parking lot a little down the street was so nice. Room was so cute and cozy. The noise level was NOT as bad as I had assumed with a DJ playing in the lounge. "

But things that can be improved. 1) provide complimentary water bottles. 2) destination fee was a surprise 3) no bell boy service 4) parking is super expensive. $50 per day 5) swimming pool was very cold. I understand it is winter time, but they could have heated the pool. The breakfast service staff were very good & caring. "
